We are looking for a motivated  Decision Strategy Designer  to join our Base Growth Tribe.
In this role you’ll help shape how we connect with millions of customers through personalized, data-driven marketing — in real time.
You’ll work at the intersection of business, data, and technology to design smart, automated decisions that improve customer experience and drive results.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in data, analytics or marketing automation who’s ready to take the next step.

What You’ll Do Help design and implement decision strategies used in personalized marketing campaigns.
Translate business needs into logical flows and decisioning rules using modern tools and platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve how and when we engage with our customers.
Collaborate with marketing, data, and tech teams to build effective, customer-first solutions.
Learn to work with real-time systems that power omnichannel customer journeys.
Gradually take ownership of campaign setup, decision simulations, and testing.
What You Bring Some experience in marketing, data analysis, campaign automation or a related field.
Logical mindset with an interest in solving complex problems through data and decisioning.
Familiarity with SQL or similar — or willingness to learn it quickly.
Understanding of how marketing campaigns work and how data influences personalization.
Curiosity, accountability, and a desire to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Communicative English (written and spoken) and very good Czech needed.

And we offer you We currently work in a roughly  3 days from home, 2 days in the office  mode, Here,  we address each other informally  and  aren’t really bothered about a dress code … It suits us all just fine, and we hope you’ll feel good among us too.
