Data Transformation Expert We are excited to offer an opportunity to join Allianz Services as a Data Transformation Expert in Barcelona.
As part of Allianz Technology, Allianz Services plays a pivotal role in driving the Data & AI transformation journey for Allianz Group.
In this position, you will be instrumental in supporting the development and evolution of global data standards and guidelines, collaborating with teams across the globe.
You will lead strategic initiatives, mobilize teams to achieve data goals, and guide the implementation of key data programs.

What will make you succeed in this position? • University level degree in Economics, Business Administration, mathematics, IT or similar.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in running successful transformation projects, developing and implementing operational strategies.
• Business experience in core business functions such as Product Development, Finance or Market Management or in Digital / Tech.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Hands-on, can-do-mentality with strong result-orientation.
• Strong stakeholder- and customer focus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate abstract data management concepts in business related terminology.
• Team spirit, self-motivation and a proactive and collaborative working style.
• Ability to interact in a global and diverse work environment • Excellent English communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing global stakeholders effectively.
Your mission in the role will be.
• Mobilize the Data Officers and their teams to achieve strategic Group ambitions for Data.
• Support the evolution of the Allianz Group Data & AI strategy in alignment with CDOs, business, operations, and IT stakeholders, focusing on collaborative efforts with global teams.
• Engage the Global Data Community towards achieving strategic goals through advisory and support roles.
• Serve as a point of contact for several OEs with different maturity levels.
• Participate in the OE Data Steering Boards to support and advise on Data initiatives.
• Guide and review the implementation of OE Data programs, OE Data Value Plans, OE Data Architecture Roadmap, OE Data Governance setups, and implementation plans, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Ensure the control and monitoring of OE implementation of Data functional rules through continuous verification and targeted deep dives.
• Participate in global initiatives to define and evolve the target picture for Data, focusing on strategic support rather than operational execution within Spain.
• Assist in formalizing the target picture for Data through Corporate Rules and related guidelines, frameworks, and rules of procedures.
