What you will do:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for applications and interfaces, including in-house developed systems.
- Collaborate closely with business units, support teams, and external providers to align technical solutions.
- Support business intelligence initiatives within market and credit risk domains.
- Maintain and improve documentation, ensuring adherence to ITSM processes and quality standards.
- Opportunity to participate in an on-call service, with additional compensation provided.

What you bring who you are:
- Degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Operations specialist with 2- 4 years of experience, ideally in Microsoft BI stack technologies.
- Desirable familiarity with data warehousing solutions, preferably using Microsoft technologies (SQL), and understanding of ETL workflows.
- Experience with version control is a plus, ideally using GitHub, along with deployment tools such as Octopus and TeamCity .
- Working experience on Azure DWH or any cloud technologies will be advantage.
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus.

- Working Hours
We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your work schedule. 60 on remote and 40 at our offices in Madrid, Torre Europa.
