Data Architect Lead About the job Allianz Technology is rolling out a new global insurance platform.
For this purpose is required a Data Architect Lead who will act in the interests of the business area, supporting the PO on the roadmap creation and also in the requirements landing and, building the bridge between the PO and the rest of the engineering team, including the QAs to be able to setup the testing scenarios and supporting if needed in their execution.
What you do • Support the PO and acts helps in the design of the solution together with the engineering team • Work with the business areas to identify improvements and business problems to define the different features in alignment with the PO • Translate product epics and features into well-formatted user stories and acceptance criteria • Proactively helps in managing and tracking all backlog according to business value, complexity and expectations • Work with the QA in the team to properly define the test cases, supports the data creation and also the testing if needed • Carry on with the configuration of the various systems • Provides clear documentation of the solutions out of the team • Helps in the identification and analysis of the bugs that can appear and helps the team with creating the business understanding needed to fix them properly • Helps and/or shadows the PO in preparing all the different demos needed as well as the preparation of the planning sessions.
What you bring • Strong communication & negotiations skills • Experience with data modeling and designing data architecture • Experience in databases a such as Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Oracle and in data mangement systems such as IDMC, Collibra or Data lineage • Experience in working with Cloud technologies and Orchestration Tools • Experience in data warehouse automation tools such as SQLDBM or DBT • Experience building and maintaining ETLs • Experience establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures • Experience working closely with security teams and IT teams to design data security architectures • High capacity to learn and to adapt into a continuous changing environmen • Experience in Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake or Redshif • Desereable experience working in IAM • Preferred a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Organization or in Information Technology • High level of English What we offer • We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
