YOUR MISSION We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop.
THE JOURNEY Track courier performance and KPIs by analyzing historical operational metrics with a focus on company targets.
Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
Propose (be an enthusiast), track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs.
Conduct A/B tests, analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries.
Actively collaborate with other analysts in Glovo and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
Build robust relationships with Data Analysts in the ECA region acting as a strategic and supportive link between the HQ and local markets.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Minimum 1 year of experience outside of an academic and internship setting in a quantitative analysis role within start-ups, consulting firms, or large companies, ideally in Tech or FMCG Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering or any business or technological domain Excellent SQL and Excel/GoogleSheets skills Knowledge of visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker and/or PowerBI Passion about analytics.
