Data Analyst Learning & Development Intern You are passionate about data, have a sense for great designs, and are interested to leverage both in the field of learning and people development ? Then join the Global Learning & Development team at Allianz Technology.
In Learning & Development, we plan, design, and implement development measures and tools to promote and retain talents and foster development.
We set up career development strategies and programs across diverse seniority levels and implement them globally, ensuring that our talent management and learning development initiatives are effective and impactful.
You will As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of learning development and upskilling.
Your responsibilities will include.
• Design and develop new digital learning solutions and offers • Drive and enable new approaches by systematic underlying data analysis • Set-up best practices for People and Culture processes and LEAN approaches • Community Management and Impulse Communications for learning, leadership, and the Talent and Culture Community • Support the PMO with organization, stakeholder correspondence, and conducting reports and evaluations.
Your skills We are looking for someone with.
• Experience and interest in data analytics • Passion to develop and adapt digital tools • Enrolled student in digital marketing/technology, business analytics, data science, Business informatics, economics, or related fields • Self-driven working style and good communication skills • Proactive and creative approaches to new topics • Fluent English Skills in both speaking and writing • High Customer-orientation and pragmatic approach • Solution focus and agile mind-set • Experience in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome Choose an item.
