DATA ANALYST

Job Description.
Experienced Data Analyst with background in Commercial Operations or Sales, and/or Finance leveraging data analytics techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
This role will focus on leveraging data analytics techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing critical insights for strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will develop pipelines for automated reporting and deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with various stakeholders across the organization, driving data-driven initiatives that support business objectives.
Supporting the Commercial Operations, Sales and Offering teams in all areas of the day-to-day functions.
This will include support in the preparation of reports, trends analysis and tracking strategic metrics.
The position will also require strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different stakeholders across the organization, driving workstreams and initiatives that support business objectives.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES     High proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, is required.
Experience with data visualization tools is an advantage (e.
., PowerBI).
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization.
Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to be self-directed, prioritize opportunities, and perform multiple tasks.
Experience with databases (SQL), data pipeline development and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data and its implications.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes.
Ability to derive insights from data and convert them into meaningful information.
Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES Supports Commercial Operations activities with.
Data Analysis and Insights.
Analyze datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Create and present data-driven reports and dashboards that track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other strategic metrics.
Data Management and Automation.
Design and maintain data models and data pipelines to ensure efficient collection, storage, and retrieval of data.
Reporting and Business Intelligence.
Works with Business Intelligence (BI) engineers to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
Collaboration and Communication.
Work closely with managers in Commercial Operations, Finance and other strategic areas to support data-driven decision-making processes.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE  Strong academic record, advanced degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience in analytics engineering/data science/data analysis– focused on Sales, Finance or related area of work.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in ERP & CRM tools (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle & Salesforce).
Experience delivering data-driven projects, reports, presentations, and analysis.
Experience with setting up automated pipelines is desired.
