From Tenth Revolution Group, we are collaborating with one of the top chemical companies globally. This is for a major project within their Tech Hub in Madrid, for their Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP) team. Your main responsibilities include:• Develop and Deploy DAP content• Gather user behavioral analytics• Design user experiences that drive adoption and efficiency• Own every aspect of DAP user experience• Creates and maintains DAP content and experiences for ComHub toolsDetailed Tasks:• Regular monthly releases, content updates and insights analysis to sustain ongoing DAP implementations• Expand use of DAP across ComHub tools• Look for process automation opportunities• Improve user experience based on case feedback• Provide dashboards and reporting for all DAP levels• Demonstrate ROI to leadership• Report trend data for constant improvementMain requirements:• DAP building certified• Experience in Walkme• Experience in Salesforce• User experience design• Insights understandingWhat the client offer?- Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.- Learning and development opportunities- 23 holiday days per year- 5 days of adjustment- 2 cultural days- A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environment- Being part of an international team and work in global projects- Relocation assistance to Madrid providedSound interesting?
