CYBERSECURITY PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager within our Cyber Security Project Management team, you will oversee projects of medium to high complexity, from conceptualization to completion. You will act as a competent partner to program management, sponsors, and stakeholders throughout the process.Main Responsibilities:Ensure efficient project execution, both in classic and agile methodologies, while maintaining compliance with project goals regarding time, budget, and quality.Lead interdisciplinary and cross-unit project management tasks in collaboration with disciplinary and functional managers, including setting up project organization and staffing the team.Drive RfI and RfP Processes in collaboration with functional project team members and Procurement to ensure project staffing by external partners.Manage Change Requests, including approval processes and adjustments to project planning and communication.Perform Project Risk Management by evaluating risks and opportunities within the project early and continuously to ensure project success.Support business relationship management and improve relations with operational business units and corporate functions.Conduct Communication and Change Management activities within the project.Manage a global, cross-functional team, coordinating tasks and ensuring effective communication within the team.Participate in the project manager community and provide continuous professional education to other project managers through lessons learned and training activities.Main Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business and economics, computer science, or equivalent education.Several years of experience in project management, preferably in Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or as a Manager.Strong analytical skills and high customer and service orientation.Excellent communication skills in English and German, with proficiency in another foreign language being beneficial.
