CYBER SECURITY PRODUCT & DELIVERY OWNER

Role title.
Zero Trust Product and Delivery Owner Location.
UK, Germany Role Purpose Working with Identity & Access Management Product Manager and Product Owners to shape the desired outcomes and objectives of Conditional Access, Cloud Application Protection, Identity Protection and Secure Access Edge.
Working with technical SMEs and Design Teams to identify the most appropriate strategy for delivering these Zero Trust outcomes.
Working with Cyber Prevent leadership and Strategic Programme Managers to review and approve the Epic lean business cases related to Conditional Access, Cloud Application Protection, Identity Protection and Secure Access Edge.
Supporting feature governance and prioritization during quarterly planning and prioritization activities, such as PI Planning Work with identified delivery teams to shape, prioritise and schedule required work packages for delivery of outcomes for Conditional Access, Cloud Application Protection, Identity Protection and Secure Access Edge.
Track and manage dependencies between delivery teams.
Track delivery of committed work packages, and drive focus on delivering required outcomes to agreed timelines with the teams.
Where delivery teams are using agile methodologies, participate in the relevant agile events where the work packages are being discussed, prioritized, planed or reviewed..
Manage and work to resolve risks, blockers and impediments raised by delivery teams.
Capture leading indicators used to track progress, and identify when work needs to be adjusted, re-scoped or re-prioritized to ensure the overall Epic outcomes are delivered.
Work with Epic stakeholders to agree the outcomes, strategy and plan for the Epic.
Work with delivery teams to manage the delivery of work packages that contribute to the overall Epic outcome.
Escalate required risks, blockers and required delivery changes to Epic stakeholders to ensure Epic outcomes are delivered.
Track and reporting leading indicator metrics, as captured in the Lean Business Case, for measuring progress towards the Epic outcome.
Track and report on lagging indicators that measure the Epic outcomes delivered.
Track and report on variance of expected Epic timescales, budget and work against original assumptions.
What you’ll do Own the end-to-end delivery of Global Cyber Security Epics across Group and Local Market boundaries through active leadership and engagement.
Ensure that Epics have strong leading indicators that will be used to track progress are understood.
Support Epic stakeholders in prioritizing and committing to Epic delivery.
Work with delivery teams to shape, prioritize and schedule the work packages that will deliver the Epic outcomes.
Maintain strong relationships with delivery team members to facilitate effective delivery.
Ensure that effective Epic governance and reporting are in place to ensure Epic outcomes are achieved.
Track and escalate risks, issues and impediments that may impact Epic outcome delivery, and recommend changes to strategy and plan when appropriate to ensure Epic outcomes are delivered.
Track and report on variance of timescales, budget and work for Epics.
Who you are Proven track record of delivering complex projects, ideally with a security focus, on time and to budget whilst managing quality and scope.
Strong experience in the areas of cyber security delivery, operations, tools and process management.
Demonstrable experience of managing multiple and complex projects within stated time, cost and quality constraints in a global Telco environment Proven project and programme management experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
PRINCE2, PMP, MAPM, Agile or equivalent qualified.
