Job Description Are you ready to embark on a new adventure with Bosch Service Solutions, where you will join a dynamic team in a stable and inclusive environment with plenty of opportunities for career growth? Main Responsibilities Manage incoming contacts such as phone calls, emails, and letters from customers Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving client’s queries, and explaining company policies Assist customers through various digital channels, reaching out to them if necessary Collaborate with different departments to find appropriate solutions for escalated cases Manage interactions on social media platforms to ensure timely and helpful responses to inquiries or comments Become the best brand ambassador, and provide an outstanding service to clients.
