In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will.
- Take incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email, log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customer) - Solve requests/incidents that require a higher level of technical knowledge - Support technical enquires and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers.
- Progress / close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on call management system - Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress - Monitor / progress all open queries in queue - Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level - Ensure contractual SLA is maintained - Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager - Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level Concentrix is a great match if you.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of English - Possess excellent customer care skills, knowledge and awareness - Have adequate professional experience - Are able to implement and manage changes in processes - Are responsible and possess independent work habit - Have good communication and team skills, flexibility and stress resistance - Follow the security rules of the company.
