CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE (ITALIAN-SPEAKER) - ON-SITE - FASHION INDUSTRY

In this dynamic role, youll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Barcelona and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding clients products and/or services.

What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative on our team, you will.
- Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding our Client - Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA - Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers - Escalate potential service issues - To follow all the processes and procedures of the project - Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams - Ensure contractual SLA is maintained  Concentrix is a great match if you.
- Are proficient or bilingual in Italian plus an advanced level of English - Are goal and customer service oriented - Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment - Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications.
Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration.
