This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility.
Your future tasks will include Owning the creative strategy.
Develop and conceptualize engaging concepts and ideas for advertisements that resonate with our target audience, align with our brand, and drive measurable results.
Creative library management.
Build and maintain our creative asset library, ensuring media buyers and team members have easy access to an organized and up-to-date ad content.
Creative tracking.
Establish tracking systems to monitor creative performance, including engagement and conversion rates across key platforms.
Split testing.
Run ongoing A/B tests to identify winning creative angles, formats, and combinations.
Sourcing creators and partners.
Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to license or produce high-performing creative assets.
Photoshoot & video production.
Lead the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, from concept to delivery.
Editing visual content.
Edit and polish video and image assets, ensuring platform compatibility.
Competitive research.
Regularly research competitor ad libraries, top-performing websites, and platforms to identify trends and creative strategies.
You’re going to need this to be successful in this role At least 3 years of experience in creative marketing, advertising, or a related field Strong portfolio showcasing video/image ads and executed campaigns that drove measurable results; Proficiency in video and image editing tools (e.
., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva) Experience in organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries Familiarity with analytics platforms Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation, ideation, or editing Fluent English for effective communication with partners and stakeholders.
It’s nice if you also have Previous work in the home improvement or any lead gen industries in the US; Experience working with media buying teams.
