Responsibilities Brand Ownership Maintain evolve and enforce our brand style guide ensuring consistency across all internal and external materials.
Web Design & Implementation Lead the design and user experience for our website and landing pages.
Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are accurately and effectively implemented this is a must.
Partner with developers to bring dynamic content personalization and interactive features to life.
Use WordPress to support the implementation of web designs you should understand the platforms possibilities and limitations deeply Apply basic HTML and CSS to fine-tune designs and adapt them to CRM tools and templates.
Work closely with the Product Designer to maintain a cohesive visual language across the entire user journey.
Use A/B testing and performance data to iterate on and improve design effectiveness.
Booth Design & Event Collateral Create eye-catching and conversion-driven event and tradeshow materials including booth design signage and presentation visuals.
Marketing Assets Design a wide variety of marketing content including.
Infographics Data visualizations Social media creatives Paid media banners Email graphics Collaboration & Strategy Collaborate with Marketing Product and Content teams.
Take initiative to propose new creative directions brand refinements or performance-based design improvements.
Requirements.
4 5 years of design experience ideally in startups Mastery of Figma and a strong sense of visual hierarchy typography and UX/UI principles Proven experience collaborating with developers to bring design systems to life this is essential Hands-on experience with WordPress you understand both the technical nuances and the creative possibilities of the CMS Ability to apply basic HTML and CSS to tweak layouts and adapt designs in CRM or other web platforms Familiarity with A/B testing CRO design and performance-based design iteration Experience working cross-functionally to ensure design consistency across marketing and product Strong visual storytelling branding and data visualization skills A robust portfolio that spans web marketing and digital media Hands-on mindset youre excited to execute as much as you strategize Excellent communication in English (Spanish is a plus) Remote Work.
