COST CONTROLLER

Your Purpose As Cost Controller you will be working to the entire financial planning and analysis function driving strategic financial initiatives and ensuring the company's financial plans align with long-term business goals.
In this role you will provide costs guidance to executive management and collaborate across departments to optimise financial performance and support strategic decision-making at the highest level.
Your Impact Support planning budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring they are aligned with the company's long-term objectives and business strategy.
Provide analysis and reporting to senior management advising on critical financial decisions and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
Develop and refine costs reporting models to operate efficiency improvements supporting high-level decision-making.
Drive improvements in the company's financial performance identifying key financial drivers risks and opportunities for operational efficiency.
Your Journey so far You hold a degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration.
You have 3-5 years of experience in costs controlling, budgeting and analysis and reporting systems integration.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment managing large-scale projects and competing priorities.
Demonstrated success in leading and developing large high-performing teams fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Your Essentials Expertise in costs analysis and reporting finalized to strategic decisions, with advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial planning tools.
Excellent communication and influencing skills particularly in presenting complex financial data and recommendations to executive leadership and non-financial stakeholders.
Fluency in English is mandatory additional language skills are an advantage.
Experience with financial systems such as ERP software planning software and other tools used in corporate finance.
Proven ability to drive financial performance improvements shape strategic outcomes and support business growth through financial leadership.
