¿Dónde vas a trabajar? Nuestro cliente es una compañía de tamaño medio especializada en el sector de energías renovables.
Su actividad principal se centra en proyectos dentro del área de construcción, con un fuerte enfoque en la innovación y sostenibilidad.
Descripción Supervisar y controlar el presupuesto de los proyectos en el área de construcción.
Elaborar informes financieros relacionados con costes y desviaciones.
Analizar y optimizar los procesos para garantizar la eficiencia en los proyectos.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de proyecto y finanzas.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares y normativas del sector de energía y recursos naturales.
Preparar previsiones de costes y realizar seguimiento de los mismos.
Gestionar y supervisar los contratos y acuerdos con proveedores.
Coordinar auditorías internas relacionadas con la gestión de costes.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos.
Formación universitaria en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o similar.
Conocimientos avanzados en herramientas de gestión y control de costes.
Experiencia previa en proyectos del sector de construcción.
Habilidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos y realizar análisis detallados.
Nivel avanzado de inglés.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos.
