CORPORATE SEGMENT MANAGER

Your place in the team  The aim of this role is to manage properly the Corporate (especially Government, Key) customer segment from marketing and business management perspective.
It is a crucial role in driving the awareness and perception of Corporate Business, including the segment related solutions, innovations & transformation projects.
In this role you will also ensure improvement in data driven segment operations and business development.
You will help in customer lifecycle via Cross/Upsell promotions which drives segment profitability.
You will be involved in the following tasks   •Take active part in selected segment transformation projects •Define, align and execute annual and quarterly business plan for segment •Identify market opportunities, customer product penetration trends through segment analyses and market insights •Improve data driven segment management through dashboards, reports and ad hoc analyses •Plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for the given vertical segment/solution  •Own selected products and solutions of the corporate convergent, IoT and mobile portfolio from marketing side •Drive targeted marketing activities connected to hero products and segment verticals •Work on improving customer experience and loyalty •Collect and analyze insights, customer understanding and competitive environment overview for the target segments   We are looking for you if you have  •University or College degree •At least 3-5 years manager experience in telco sector •B2B experience is an advantage •Project management skills and approach to provide E2E execution of activities  •Strong Communication Skills in Hungarian and in English •High levels of self-motivation, initiative, can do attitude, ability to act as a change agent •Team worker with excellent communication skills What we offer    •Cafeteria package & annual bonus   •Laptop & mobile phone (with RED unlimited voice and data tariff package)   •Hybrid way of working (working from home / from the office)  •Medicover Health Insurance  •Wellbeing program in the topics of sport, nutrition, relax and help (spiritual support)   •4 paid days leave/year for charity projects   •Other discounts (e.
