Degree in Business Administration or Scientist.Master in Pharma Marketing (valuable).Previous experience in a similar position. Minium 2 years.Advanced level of English.High knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop.Your responsibilities:Consumers / CustomersConsumer research execution.Competitors benchmark analysis (recap countries inputs).Market analysisBranding & Categories Implement Brand/category Portfolio changes proposals. Manage the internal processes of the category lifecycle (develop, launch, delist)Help CM to develop Global Brand MKT mix Strategy.Portfolio analysis and proposalsContent, Brands Communication Support the category manager in:Creation, development & follow up implementation of key global elements of the Category: brand image, brand books, packaging and language strategies, POS materials, communication campaigns.Content generation creation.Coordinate the development of all support materials to guarantee successful launch along with internal teams (communication, PR, digital, POS, training materials, activation with subsidiaries). Innovation management:Do the MKT tasks and coordinate departments, guarantee deadlines for country launches.Participate on ideating concepts for new launches (visual mood boards, concept research, names, packaging ideas, design etc.). Monitoring evolution of Category/brandAnalise pricing strategies. (Input countries).Analyse sales & MS portfolio, sales by brand & by country…).Analise competitor evolution by Category/Brand.
