CORPORATE MAINTENANCE MANAGER

This role will ensure operational efficiency, equipment availability, and optimization of maintenance resources across all Viscofan subsidiaries.
Responsibilities.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies globally to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across all company facilities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Manage the maintenance budget and human resources required to meet established objectives.
- Implement maintenance management systems and tools to improve efficiency and traceability of activities.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure effective integration of maintenance activities with operational processes.
- Evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and provide guidance and professional development as needed.
- Stay informed about trends and technological advancements in the field of industrial maintenance and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
Requisitos Requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
A master's degree in Maintenance Management or a similar area is preferred.
- Minimum of 5of experience in maintenance management roles, preferably in multinational or industrial environments.
- Deep knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, as well as applicable safety and quality regulations.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Availability to travel as needed.
