We are looking for • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• CIA certification (or similar qualification) or a commitment to obtain it within one year from joining Allfunds.
Your role in the team Main duties and responsibilities • Execute audit work that has been include in the approved Audit Plan, in accordance with the Audit Methodology, policies, professional standards and budget.
• Participate in discussions with IT management regarding audit observations and issues identified.
• Follow up of issues raised in audits to ensure that all the agreed actions are implemented timely in order to mitigate the original issue that was raised.
• Contribute to continuous auditing initiatives and perform tests with large sets of data using ACL, Arbutus or a similar tool.
• Provide support to other team members as required to uphold the "one team" approach of Internal Audit.
Set an example and support fair and ethical behaviour in all colleagues.
Drive the position and brand of Internal Audit across the organization.
• Bring to the attention of the team relevant control and risk management issues, weaknesses or irregularities in the existence of application of controls.
• Effective negotiation skills, a proactive and "no-surprises" approach in communicating issues to management.
Work experience & Other Requirements • Minimum of two years in auditing financial services organizations.
• Experience in integrated audit assignments encompassing the assessment of business and technology controls.
Experience with highly outsourced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external audit and management.
• Practical understanding of the regulatory environment.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
