About the role:Our client is a Private Equity backed FMCG business based in Spain. This is a high profile position where you will be involved in all relevant aspects of the company working as the right-hand person to the CEO. The role is an all-encompassing involving strategy, finance, M&A, sales, operations, supply chain logistics and factory.Responsibilities include:Ensuring proper flow of information between the shareholder and the company, including responsibility for the Company´s (and PE firms') financial modelGeneral management of the development and preparation of presentations to all stakeholders, including shareholders, lenders, banks, insurers, etcPreparation of and participation in the Board and shareholders meetings including preparing presentations, communication, follow ups, etc.Building ad-hoc and detailed business cases and projectionsBeing involved in strategic and value creating matters in all areas of the company including resource allocation and optimization in finance, sales, operations and manufacturingDebt raising negotiations and maintaining relationships with lendersLeading relationship with advisors and execution of the M&A processSupport to the general management in its daily activities, participating in the work sessions and workstreams that are required About you:3-5 years of investment banking experience (M&A, leveraged finance or restructuring), with robust trainingOutstanding modelling skills and strong execution experienceCurious, ambitious, proactive, with eagerness to learn and with willingness to take on new challengesMature and with good judgmentFluent in Spanish
