At the Dean's Office of the School of Science and Technology, we are looking for a  Coordinator to join our team and help us continue fostering creativity and hands-on learning through analog and digital fabrication.
We are looking for a Coordinator to support the Dean of IE School of Science and Technology.
In this role you will be acting as the point of contact between the Dean's Office and key internal stakeholders, handling requests and queries appropriately.
The Coordinator will also support projects related to the IEX, Research and Faculty Units.
The candidate will need excellent time management, attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities Your role as Dean's Coordinator will involve.
Organizing meetings, events and business travel Arranging travel and accommodation.
Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
Managing external providers for events/conferences such as caterings, etc.
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Meeting and greeting visitors.
Submit and reconcile expense reports Effective business communication Dealing with incoming email and post, if needed corresponding on behalf of the Dean.
Liaising with partners, stakeholders, and other staff.
Taking care of internal communication Developing or translating complex documents Managing databases and preparing proposals.
Supporting the Deans in his communications (social media, emails).
Producing/translating documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Word processing (MS Word) and Spreadsheets (MS Excel).
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Develop other particular projects in accordance with the department's needs.
Assist, communicate, and manage issues at events with the Dean.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications.
Bachelor´s Degree.
Proficient in English and Spanish (written and oral).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
The candidate will demonstrate solid communication and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
