We are seeking a Chef to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental Hotel...
Under the responsibility of the Head Chef, as part of your duties, you will be responsible for:.
· Carrying out preliminary preparations.
· Creation of recipes from technical sheets.
· Production of dishes according to the menu and special orders.
· Checking preparations (tasting, analysis and correction).
· Storing foodstuffs according to the methods prescribed in the establishment.
· Receiving and checking the quantity and quality of deliveries.
· Applying the hygiene and safety rules in force.
· Wearing professional clothing in accordance with health and safety legislation..
