The successful candidate can work from the Worcester, MA., Anaheim, CA., or Olyphant, PA.

Essential Functions.
Partner with the local plant management to perform plant controlling responsibilities – at both the sites (Olyphant, PA and Anaheim, CA) including.
Manage timely completion of the month-end financial close for two locations Demonstrate awareness of all elements of a plant’s financial statements Prepare all post-closing plant financial analysis, performance reports and meaningful commentary Prepare and coordinate the annual budget at the plant level Prepare, maintain and analyze product standard costs Support the analytical needs of the business manager and financial management Partner with Plant Management to increase plant efficiency and profitability Prepare analysis to understand the financial ramifications of current and proposed business actions Identify issues and proactively initiate analyses/solutions Ensure compliance with SGC and EPG policies and procedures with focus on internal controls Oversee and reconcile inventory cycle counts and physical inventory Assist in preparation of capital appropriations requests Track/review cost reduction projects and maintain required reporting Ad hoc analysis Work closely with the General Manager to provide consolidated financials for the business, identify opportunities and work towards improvement in overall business performance.
Travel up to 25% ¿Es este trabajo para ti? Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required Master’s Degree (CPA, CMA, or MBA) is preferred A minimum 7-10 years of cost accounting, controls and analysis experience within a manufacturing organization.

Surface Conditioning is a business with 2 manufacturing locations in the US, 2 in Europe and 1 in Asia.
The number 1 market we support is the electronics market, where we hold leadership positions in hard disk drive and semiconductor manufacturing.
We supply alumina particles, diamonds, and chemicals for the preparation of interfaces in hard disk drives, and chips.
Building on this core competencies, we are supporting similar surface finishing processes in industrial markets.
