POSITION SUMMARY Contribute to the attainment of the company's business objectives by.
Providing strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met.
Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the correct financial management and control of the company's business.
RESPONSIBILITIES Determination of the financial result of the Company.
Fiscal, Financial strategic planning Resource Optimization; Prevention, measurement, and control of financial risks Evaluation of profitability in the listing, acquisition of new investment projects and/or businesses.
Ensure compliance with the Company's tax obligations.
JOB PROFILE & EXPERIENCE PROFILE Bachelor’s degree as Public Accountant, MBA preferred.
Bilingual Prior Manager experience EXPERIENCE +7 year experience in General accounting, internal controls, and processes.
+7 year in Cost accounting and SAP inventory management.
+5 year experience personnel management Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Advance management of MS Windows SOX & Internal – External audits experience BORGWARNER´S COMPETENCIES 1.
