Support Head of Controlling, with a special focus on On Premise business, to ensure full compliance of Red Bull Spain with group guidelines, submission of Month End Closing and plan versions, identify business deviations and provide stakeholders with information and analysis in time and quality for decision making.

Expand all MONTH END CLOSING TASKS Consolidate Sales Agreements budget and calculate the MEC accrual.
Keep PY's Agreements Provision under control, doing a follow up with Sales Dept in order to reduce the amount.
Maintain Agreements Tool, with the ability to manage possible incidents.
Support the reconciliation of systems (SAP/BI/Hyperion).
Ensure master data quality and verifies the consistency of the customer, product and internal order hierarchies.
REPORTING AND ANALYSIS TASKS Analyze the Agreement budget by preparing reports with important KPIs, drilling down the information by Region, Manager and Customer.
Prepare several audits of outlets consumption to assure the data quality.
Calculate and analyze the volume and price effect for the company sales and distribute them to the stakeholders Keep under control Distributors budget, holding meetings with KAMs and Sales Mgrs and Revenue Department, identifying possible future deviation (YTG) and asking for actions to reduce them.
PLANNING AND FORECASTING Contribute to Business Plan/Revised Estimate data collection and data entry.
Support and challenge the budget owners during the planning process.
BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP Work closely with various contacts, having a service mindset and also challenges them, asking questions, giving feedback and insights.
Guarantee full compliance with the Group Controlling guidelines.

Degree Level in BA, Economics or similar.
3-5 years experience in a Controlling role, preferably in FMCG IT literate, excellent MS Excel experience, integrated business analysis tool (IE.
AP/SAC/BI/CPM/Hyperion).
Highly analytical and very skilled individual in the area of profitability analysis Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken Highly analytical and very skilled individual in the area of profitability analysis.
