We are looking for a Content Manager to join their team and collaborate with the customers to create and update website content and the Content Manager will need.
What would your duties be?
- Contact stakeholders and other teams. Follow methodologies.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies diverse markets and teams to seek ways to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with the Product Owner Product Manager content creators market representatives and other stakeholders.
- Add edit and publish content to our website for multiple markets and languages.
- Provide guidance and coaching to content creators on best practices and UX vision.
- Continuously evaluate and advocate for leaner content creation processes.
- Support content creation coordination.
Which are the requirements for this position?
- Proficient in English.
- 3 to 5 years as a content editor.
- Proficient with Enterprise CMS systems such as Sitecore or Adobe experience manager.
- Proficient in image editing software.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-country and cross-team projects resolving conflicts.
- As a clarification PDES wishes to specify that the person will not need to write or translate content handle social media platforms or develop a UX/UI strategy.
- Knowledge of UX design.
- Experience assessing existing content creation processes and proposing improvements.
- Able to provide quality assurance of content before publication.
- Strong communication skills.
