Consultant Credit Risk Modelling - Madrid, Spain - J12764 - Competitive Salary (DOE)An exciting opportunity to join an independent consulting firm specialising in finance, risk and strategy and with extensive global experience and industry recognition in the financial services. The role is to strengthen their consulting team with an entrepreneurial and dynamic leader to Manager a team. The opportunity will be to help shape a unique and professional environment with fantastic career opportunities.Expertise required:-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit risk Modelling (IRB) or banking and financial services industryIdeally, knowledge of operational tasks in terms of validation of credit risk models and regulatory requirements related to IRB approach.Knowledge of current regulatory requirements relating to ESG regulations and climate risk projects is an advantage.Quantitative background with strong analytical skills and an interest in quantitative topicsAbility to work with coding languages ie Excel, Python, SQLStrong communication skills and ability to work in a teamAbility to work independently and to quickly familiarise with new topics, understand, structure and derive innovative solutionsFluent in English and Spanish (incl. the ability to write professional reports) openess to travel in EuropeIf this sounds like the role for you then please apply today!Alternatively, you can refer a friend or colleague by taking part in our fantastic referral schemes!
