COMPONENT MRO (REPAIRS) SOLUTIONS COMPLIANCE

Descripción de puesto.
The jobholder will be part of a multi-skilled and multi-platform team of Materiel Services focused on Component MRO Solutions activities.
The successful candidate will work within the TASMG team and be located in Sevilla.

The jobholder will perform several of the following responsibilities.
Support the E2E Operational activities of the Component MRO Flows, from the request of the service by the Customer/Programme/Contract to the delivery at the point of use (according incoterms).
Contribute to achieve a lean and agile Component MRO flow, drumbeating, monitoring and reporting the full activity, activating local teams when needed to provide the best possible service to our customers while maintaining a healthy competitiveness level.
Maintain a proper Component MRO data consistency and coherence that enable agility and errors risks reduction.
Contribute to ensure best in class Logistics Operations of the Component MRO flows.
Ensure the compliance of the Component MRO flows and deliverables with Part 145 regulations and Authorities mandatory requirements, along with Export Control and Customs rules and security restrictions (Crypto, Red..) Participate in the search of innovative solutions (improvements) that add value to our Customers and Shareholders.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience.
Stakeholder management Export Control & Part 145 Knowledge Used to work in challenging environments.
Previous experience in Materiel Support topics such as Logistics, Repairs, Suppliers, Regulations will be highly valuable.
SAP knowledge and experience on Material Management, Sales Distribution, and or Warehouse Management Modules.
Desirable skills and mindset.
Customer and result oriented way of working Effective communication.
Be fluent in English and Spanish.
Other languages (French is a plus) Problem solving and analytical mindset Continuous improvement mindset Practical, operational and proactive attitude Adaptability and flexibility Ability to understand the challenges of a wide variety of stakeholders working on the Component MRO process and to build bridges in order to come to a common way forward.
