He will roll out all approved financial crime and culture plan Key performance areas The Compliance Manager Integrity and culture area of responsibility includes.
•The daily management and rollout of the approved anti-bribery and corruption plan.
He is responsible for ensuring that the Anti-Bribery Policy is effectively implemented across Vodacash and Vodacom Congo.
•The daily management and rollout of the approved Sanctions and trade control plan.
He is responsible for ensuring that both Sanctions and trade control policies are effectively implemented across Vodacash and Vodacom Congo.
•The rollout and the monitoring of the doing what is right awareness and training.
•Annual risk assessment and quarterly self-assess of the effeteness of all policies under his responsibility as planned by Vodafone •Attend Vodafone/Vodacom community call of all policies under his/her responsibilities •Monthly/quarterly and annual reports as requested by Vodafone/Vodacom and requirements; •Support to Human resources with regards to the Conflict Of Interest Policy is implemented(monitoring,analysis,follow up,reporting,training etc) Job Requirements •Should be ready to work over and above normal working hours •English & French Qualifications & Training •5 years bachelor degree in low or equivalent •5years experience in Compliance Skills, Knowledge & Behavior - Law and Regulation Interpretation - Results orientation - Pro-activity - Analytical though - Personal motivation - Resilience - Integrity and ethical behavior Other Requirements • Detail conscious, • Optimistic, • Open-minded, receptive to change, • Rigorous and Constant, • Team spirit Together we can.
