COMMUNICATION MANAGER (TEMPORARY CONTRACT)

Barcelona Temporary contract (maternity leave replacement) Mission.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the Global Communication Strategy (PR & Influencer Marketing) of Benetton Perfumes and Shakira Perfumes and will have the role of setting up a strong and coherent communication brand vision.
What you´ll get to do • INFLUENCE MARKETING o Define the Global Influencer Strategy.
o Create guidelines and toolkits for markets’ local implementations (create one voice globally - strategy, type of contents, profiles, etc).
o International influencers.
selection, management, and coordination.
o Local influencers.
coordinate the campaigns with local teams (scouting, selection, content creation, results report).
• PR o Define and implement the Global PR Strategy.
o Creative idea mkt plan o Creation of press tools, looking for editorial storytelling consistency.
o Create guidelines and toolkits for markets’ local implementations (local PR Events, PR contents – communication angles, press releases, Q&As, etc.) o Events.
coordinate and support local executions with local market teams.
Manage organization of International Events.
o Shootings.
coordinate and implement production and postproduction of communication contents / tools with marketing and digital teams.
o Initiatives.
define the PR action plans for product launches according to marketing plans (creative idea, coordination with agencies and internal teams, development of different audiovisual materials, events, etc).
• REPORTING o Total Brand results reports.
mid and full year (internally and with external licenses).
o Comms activations results reports.
follow up of the actions implemented globally (KPIs, key learnings).
• ACT AS KEY SPOKES PERSON.
o Daily contact with brands’ licenses.
Point person to share and communicate all plans and initiatives related with the product launches, local initiatives, results, etc.
Profile description:• Experience.
Minimum 5 years• Education.
Experience in a communication department, advertiser, advertising agency.• Languages.
Fluent in Spanish and English.• Competencies.

Reactive and know how to adapt to all types of situations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and creative.• Specific Knowledge required.
