They are looking for someone who has experience managing franchised restaurants/bakeries. 🍰ABOUT THE ROLEThe restaurant manager is responsible for managing and organizing daily restaurant operations with the goal of controlling costs and providing a high-quality experience to customers. Owning the operational relationships with functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of the business planThe restaurant manager takes on many responsibilities, including effectively recruiting and managing employees, overseeing operations, handling customer complaints, and generating financial reports. Other important aspects of a Restaurant Manager's duties are to ensure health and safety regulations and manage inventory in the store.The restaurant manager manages +50 staff and supervisory personnel.✨THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU! REQUIREMENTS:Speak FLUENT English and Spanish+3 years of experience managing the operations of a restaurant or Café&Bakery in Spain.3+ years of experience managing a franchise.Have experience leading a team of Restaurant staff.Have experience being responsible of the Food Quality and Safety.Previous experience in charge of Sales Target and Shift Management of a restaurant in Spain.LOCATION: Barcelona, SpainSTART DATE: As soon as possible💶BENEFITSAttractive base salary + incentives based on revenues + benefitsPlease share your CV so we can consider you for this or future positions!
