OKU es una colección de hoteles boutique de lujo relajado, creados para el viajero moderno. Está inspirado en el concepto japonés homónimo de “espacio interior”: crea experiencias inspiradoras y entornos hermosos donde los huéspedes pueden reconectarse y descubrir su yo interior.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?
• Que ofrezcas un equilibrio perfecto de comodidad excepcional con servicio de primera clase.
• Permiso de trabajo para trabajar en la UE / Ibiza.
• Preparar una amplia variedad de cócteles, desde clásicos hasta creaciones originales.
• Medir y mezclar ingredientes con precisión, utilizando técnicas como agitar, remover y mezclar.
• Asesorar a los clientes sobre las diferentes opciones de cócteles y bebidas.
• Mantener la barra y el área de trabajo limpias y ordenadas.
• Reponer botellas, vasos y otros suministros.
• Participar en la promoción del bar y sus eventos especiales.
• Fomentar un ambiente agradable y social en el bar.
Que aportes:
• Un nivel alto de inglés y español, (se valorará el conocimiento de otros idiomas).
• Experiencia previa como coctelero/a.
• Conocimientos de mixología y dominio de las técnicas de coctelería.
• Discreción, orientación comercial y experiencia en hoteles de 5* (valorable).
• Simpatía, amabilidad y buena presencia.

At OKU Ibiza we are committed to attracting the best of local and international talent, and are currently actively seeking the perfect candidate for the position of MIXOLOGIST to expand the current team.

What do we expect from you?
• That you offer a perfect balance of exceptional comfort with first-class service.
• Work permit to work in the EU / Ibiza.
• Prepare a wide variety of cocktails, from classics to original creations.
• Measure and mix ingredients precisely, using techniques such as shaking, stirring, and blending.
• Advise customers on the different cocktail and beverage options.
• Keep the bar and work area clean and organized.
• Replenish bottles, glasses, and other supplies.
• Promote the bar and its special events.
• Ensure a pleasant and social atmosphere at the bar.
What you bring:
• A high level of English and Spanish, (knowledge of other languages will be valued).
• Previous experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktail making techniques.
• Discretion, commercial orientation and experience in 5* hotels (valuable).
• Sympathy, kindness and good presence.
