Es una jornada de 40 horas semanales, para trabajar SEMANA 1 LUNES, MIÉRCOLES, SÁBADO Y DOMINGO SEMANA 2 MARTES, JUEVES Y VIERNES Horario de 8.
a Plaza de la Residència, s/n, Can Picafort, Balearic Islands La persona seleccionada formará parte de un equipo de trabajo responsable de ofrecer el servicio de restauración en Barcelona Centro, teniendo como responsabilidades.
-Asegurar la calidad de las elaboraciones, de acuerdo con las especificaciones de las fichas técnicas.
-Cumplir con la planificación de menús y derivaciones dietéticas establecidas.
-Garantizar la higiene y seguridad alimentaria durante todo el proceso de elaboración.
-Cumplir con todos los procedimientos en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales.
Requisitos Requisitos.
-Buscamos a un/a persona con sentido de excelencia, pasión por la gastronomía y alto sentido de compromiso.
-Contar con experiencia como cocinero/a, especialmente en sector de la restauración colectiva con grandes volúmenes.
-Alta capacidad de trabajo y autonomía -Limpieza de los utensilios y participación en el tren de lavado.
-Gran capacidad de organización al estar gran parte del servicio solo.
Muy valorable tener vehículo propio para acceder al Centro Se ofrece Contrato de 40 horas semanales Contrato para puesto estable SEMANA 1 LUNES, MIÉRCOLES, SÁBADO Y DOMINGO SEMANA 2 MARTES, JUEVES Y VIERNES Horario de 8.
