CNC MILLING OPERATOR IN THE NETHERLANDS

Due to growth of our clients Technix is looking for several skilled CNC Milling operators to work in the hightech field in the Netherlands. As a CNC miller, you work on a variety of products. This usually involves highly complex products at the limit of manufacturability.You will work in an autonomous team where different disciplines will be present in the team (programmer, craftsman, factory engineer, etc), giving your team the ability to act self-managing. The first products on these new machines will be aluminium products, which will be reduced from 20 tonnes of material to 2 tonnes of finished product. These products are very complex and are intended for the semiconductor industry. High quality is naturally a high priority here.As a milling machine operator, you independently read drawings and work instructions and set up the machine. You then produce the products and perform the necessary in-process checks. In case of new work, you give good feedback to the programmer. In case of quality problems, you do a cause analysis and help prevent errors.Your profileCompleted technical education (level 3,4 or 5)2+ years’ experience as a CNC operator;Expierence in using measuring tools;Ability to read technical drawingsAbility to work in a structured and precise manner;Ability to use tools and machines effectively;Open to work in 5 shiftsYou are a team player;You have a good sense of quality;What do we offer? This depends on your educational background and relevant work experience.Below you can find an overview of your main primary and secondary conditions for this position that are included in the mentioned bandwidth, such as:30% shift allowance per month;Holiday allowance of 8,33% over total gross year income, paid once per year;And on top of that:25 paid holiday days a year;Free public holidays, maximum of 7 per year. Those days are paid by Technix;Travel expense of € 0,21 per kmRelocation programTechnix offers candidates from abroad a relocation program. This program ensures that international engineers are fully supported in the move to and integration in the Netherlands. We will assist you with the following:Helping you in the search for housing nearby the site of our client;Setting up a Dutch bank account;Applying for the BSN number at the Dutch tax office;Applying for the Dutch health insurance (everybody who is working in our the Netherlands needs to apply for our health insurance). Depending on the health package you choose for this will cost around € 120,- up to €150,- per month;We offer a basic course in the Dutch language.In the period while you are employed by Technix, we will have several moments per year were we evaluate your performance and integration. Also we have several informal meetings per year together with all our Technix employees.
