Responsibilities

Structuring and Organizing Initiatives
- Gather, consolidate, and track all initiatives and projects identified by the Manager.
- Prioritize and structure initiatives into a logical and feasible work plan.

Defining Reporting Models
- Design a reporting model that consolidates progress and the status of different verticals, as well as their evolution through various states (e.g., compliance, vulnerabilities, patching, etc.).
- Create tracking dashboards for internal use and presentations to the Manager and stakeholders.
- Consolidate technical and non-technical information in a visually digestible and clear format.

Facilitating Execution
- Assist in connecting different verticals: Access management, platform security, internal developments, and innovation.
- Provide an organizational framework that enables each vertical to progress autonomously.

Documentation and Standardization
- Propose frameworks and methodologies to bring order and visibility to projects (without imposing unnecessary rigidity).
- Ensure traceability of decisions, requirements, and deliverables.

Innovation and Idea Generation
- Support the exploration of new technologies and innovative ideas.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and new solutions within the team.

To be successful in the role you must have:
- Technical troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of common security standards and frameworks (NIST, CIS Security, etc.).
- Proficiency in cloud technologies with knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Understanding of the different security challenges across the entire technology stack, including infrastructure, networking, and application levels.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge in:- Multi-Cloud DevOps methodologies.
- Design and implementation of secure IAM policies.
- Automation-related technologies and programming languages (Terraform, Ansible, Python, etc.).
- Development with React, Angular, or Vue.js and integration with cloud solutions is a plus.

- An organized and disciplined working approach tailored to meeting tight deadlines while producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently with external and internal stakeholders.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field
