CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST

Illusion is a bespoke company specialized in the consulting, design, installation and maintenance of lighting, audio-video, and control solutions for both residential and commercial projects.We are looking to incorporate a new member for our Customer Service and After Sales Department. If you are looking for an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and you are a decisive, proactive, analytical, organised, with the ability to work in a team and a good knowledge of English, we would like to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesSome of the things you´ll get involved in are:Provide designated post-sales service and support, through troubleshooting, arrangement of appointments and reporting to the client.Prepare quotes and invoicing.Handle cases to ensure issues are recorded, escalated and managed following procedures to guarantee the best solution to the client. Update DWG drawings and documentation. Ensure client’s engagement by keeping them satisfied with the service provided and solutions offered in a timely manner.Support finding simple and smart ways to improve how we work for the benefit of our clients and the team.Basic Requirements and skillsExperience in a Customer Service position or similar.Excellent verbal and written communication, both in Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued.Solid knowledge of MS Office.AutoCAD skills. Proactivity and analytical capacity to visualize the entire process, which contributes to the search for the best solution, according to the standards and deadlines set.Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability (daily planning management and coordination).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and empathetic and affable treatment, which promotes corporate values and generates an excellent Customer Experience.Ability to work individually and in a team.Technical and electrical knowledge will be valued so as to offer rapid initial support to the client regarding the incident.ERP/CRM skills will be valued.
