CLIENT PARTNER/SERVICE FOR IQVIA LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS

IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare analytics and technology solutions, is seeking a strategic and experienced to join our Language Solutions division.
This leadership role will drive growth, build internal capabilities, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multilingual solutions across Patient Recruitment, Medical Affairs, and Marketing & Brand Communications.
The position will ensure our language services are embedded across key phases of the life sciences value chain—supporting patient and HCP engagement, scientific communication, and brand impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Strategic Growth •    Cultivate senior-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor across clinical, medical, and commercial functions.
•    Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the footprint of language services in clinical trial recruitment, medical affairs deliverables, and brand launch activities.
•    Lead high-value engagements and drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
SME & Solution Leadership •    Serve as the internal and external Subject Matter Expert for multilingual solutions in.
•    Global patient recruitment and retention campaigns •    Medical writing, publications, MSL communications, and regulatory documents •    Brand localization, creative transcreation, and omnichannel content strategy •    Provide expert guidance on language quality, regulatory requirements, transcreation, patient comprehension, and cultural adaptation.
•    Review and validate proposals and scopes of work to ensure clinical, medical, and marketing relevance.
Capability Building & Enablement •    Build and scale repeatable solutions and delivery models for priority use cases.
•    Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams to improve process efficiency and service readiness in assigned focus areas.
•    Lead internal enablement by training commercial and delivery teams on best practices for language services in clinical and commercial settings.
•    Develop playbooks, solution guides, and case studies to support scalable growth.
Internal Collaboration & Influence •    Work closely with IQVIA Patient Recruitment Services, Medical Affairs, Brand & Commercialization, and RWS to integrate language support into end-to-end offerings.
•    Guide solution design and implementation in multi-service projects involving localization, translation memory, validation, and global launch support.
•    Influence roadmap development by sharing market needs and client feedback with product and strategy teams.
Innovation & Thought Leadership •    Represent IQVIA Language Solutions in client workshops, industry events, and internal forums as a thought leader.
•    Stay abreast of regulatory changes, digital trends, and evolving content requirements in clinical trials, medical affairs, and pharmaceutical marketing.
•    Contribute to innovation initiatives including AI/MT integration, voice and video localization, and patient-centered content solutions.
Required Qualifications •    Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Linguistics, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
•    8+ years of experience in client services, account leadership, or solution consulting in life sciences, CROs, or LSPs.
•    Demonstrated subject matter expertise in at least two of the following.
Patient Recruitment, Medical Affairs, or Marketing & Branding for biopharma or medtech.
•    Proven track record of building or scaling services and internal capabilities.
•    Strong knowledge of localization tools, translation workflows, regulatory requirements, and clinical content standards.
•    Exceptional communication, influence, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications •    Experience with multilingual clinical trial materials, scientific content, and pharma brand launches.
•    Background in content strategy, creative localization, or linguistics is a plus.
•    Multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
•    Prior experience at IQVIA or in a large-scale healthcare organization preferred.
