YOUR MISSION Glovo is looking for a talented and driven Client Manager to help expand our Retail Media Team and foster strong, impactful relationships with agencies and non-endemic brands.
Are you up for a challenging experience in one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Europe? THE JOURNEY Focus on developing growth clients within Glovo including winning business from non-spenders and  lapsed clients.
Independently analyse agency clients to spot opportunities for growth.
Educate and inspire agency teams regarding Glovo’s Retail Media Solutions including agency showcases, workshops, inductions and updates to capabilities.
Build tailored, insight-driven media proposals leveraging Glovo Ads formats, first-party data, and full-funnel marketing solutions.
Identify and convert non-endemic brand opportunities, introducing them to Glovo’s Retail Media capabilities.
Attend and represent Glovo within relevant media industry events.
Build a detailed understanding of your clients, their needs, the business challenges they face and align those to the capabilities of Glovo.  Ensure that revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annually) are achieved across agency and non-endemics patch.
Maintain an accurate pipeline of allocated agencies / clients.
Facilitate the delivery of growth plans for the Tier 1 clients to drive exponential growth, partnering with key agency stakeholders.
Deliver actionable reporting and post-campaign insights that help brands and agencies understand performance and unlock future growth.
Takes a proactive approach to client engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Marketing, preferably.
Full time availability.
3 days a week at the office, 2 optional remote.
At least 3 years working experience in Retail Media and/or commercial roles related to digital marketing.
Commercial mindset and previous experience working in/with media agencies is a must.
Strong analytical skills and experience in building data-driven insights.
Great interpersonal and project management skills, problem solver and capability to adapt fast to unexpected situations.
Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace.
Strong drive for continuous improvement.
Creative and a self-starter.
Proactivity is in your DNA.
Advanced skills in MS Office Excel/Google Sheet is a must.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and verbal) in English and Spanish is a must.
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
