CHIP DATA GENERATION DEVELOPER

We're now looking for a Chip Data Generation Developer to join our Customization Department in El Prat de Llobregat and contribute to high-impact international projects.What will your mission be?You’ll play a key role in the lifecycle of customer projects in the banking sector, focusing on data generation services: configuration, validation, documentation, monitoring, and maintenance of data generation systems and production environments, providing continuous technical support to ensure data is ready for the efficient personalization of payment cards.Your Main ResponsibilitiesManage production data generation projects: unit, system, and user acceptance testing across production environments.Inspect, validate, and refine incoming data for card personalization, managing return data to clients as needed.Maintain production databases and generate statistical reports.Provide technical support to production centers and cross-functional teams during problem-solving, implementations, and releases.Prepare data and produce physical samples for internal use, client approvals, and certifications.Serve as a project interface, updating customer project managers on status and progress.Coordinate with internal teams (Customization, R&D, Process Engineering, Project Management…) to ensure project deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.Ensure compliance with internal policies (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS18001, IATF 16949), industry regulations (PCI, VISA, MASTERCARD, EMVCO, Common Criteria…), customer-specific requirements, and GDPR data protection. What we are looking forTechnical background: ideally higher vocational training in IT (deep programming or systems administration not required, but familiarity with IT and data processing tasks essential).Technical skills:Basic knowledge of C# and JavaScript.Fluent English (spoken and written).Comfortable working in Windows environments.Soft skills:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong teamwork spirit, proactive and positive mindset.Valuable experience (not mandatory):Previous experience in Level 1 or Level 2 technical support.Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.
