This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the non-academic operations of Schiller International University, ensuring optimal performance, operational consistency, and support to academic excellence and student success. The COO will work cross-functionally to align resources, systems, and people with the strategic vision of the university.What We Expect from You ?Campus Operations : Ensure high-quality campus operations, student services, local compliance, and alignment with university-wide strategies.Human Resources : Develop a dynamic, performance-driven, and values-aligned workforce across all campuses.Finance : Enable sound financial planning, control, and reporting to support institutional sustainability and growth.Information Technology : Deliver modern, secure, and efficient IT systems that enable academic innovation and operational excellence.Operations & Facilities : Ensure the university’s physical and operational infrastructure supports a safe, sustainable, and engaging learning environment.Education Technology : Champion the strategic use of educational technology to enhance learning and teaching.What Experience will You Bring to the Role?Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalentProven senior leadership experience in multi-site or international higher education or service-based organizations.Strategic thinker with strong execution capacity.Collaborative leadership style and strong interpersonal communication skills.Experience managing change, scaling operations, and leading complex initiatives.LanguagesFluent in EnglishAny additional languages are a plus.Full Job Description available on demand.Ready to be part of this journey?
