Prepare and cook European Mediterranean dishes to the highest culinary standards, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
Manage a specific kitchen station (such as hot line, cold station, grill, or pastry) within both All Day Dining and In-Room Dining.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, following recipes and presentation guidelines while maintaining excellent quality.
Implement and execute the daily menu for All Day Dining and IRD, ensuring food is prepared, cooked, and served on time.
Ensure dishes meet the required standards for flavor, presentation, and portion control, consistent with European Mediterranean culinary traditions.
Regularly monitor the quality of ingredients and prepared food, maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation, ensuring all kitchen equipment and utensils are in good condition and ready for service.
Take responsibility for mise en place, inventory management, and ensuring stock levels are maintained for your section.
Assist in the ordering and stock control of ingredients, ensuring proper rotation to minimize waste and maximize cost control.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient servic.......
