Negotiate and optimize purchasing, improving conditions with suppliers, seeking for existing alternatives. Monitor the supply of the plants and manage/solve the claims to suppliers. Evaluate the quality and service offered by providers, control stocks, identify deviations (price differences) of the current year's budget and improve the profitability of the plant.Specific Responsibilities large and complex purchases and suppliers that have high impact on the organization’s products, processes and budget.rates and terms with current and future suppliers to get better agreements.incidents on the supply of materials, analyzing its origin to ensure that they will not occur again.and analyze reports to control the stocks and identify deviations (price differences) from the current year's budget.the submission of claims to providers.potential new materials that are to be introduced into the plants.the orders of materials delivered to the sites to ensure quality, service and price.and provide instruction to lower-level staff.Requirements and personal skillsEducation: University Degree related to the position. MBA is a plus. Languages: Fluent Spanish and English are compulsory. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.Experience (years/area): at least 2 years in negotiation with the vendors necessary to carry out clinical trials, in CRO or Sponsor.Specific Knowledge: Experience in negotiation from pre-clinical to phase IVTravels: Willingness to travel.Personal skills:Impact and influence, great communication and negotiation skills, business vision.
