Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Camunda BPM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to map, analyze, and optimize business processes using the Camunda BPM platform. This role involves ensuring that the companys business processes are efficient, effective, and automated, while aligning them with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Analysis:
o Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
o Analyze current business processes and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
o Document and model business processes using industry-standard notation (e.g., BPMN 2.0) in collaboration with the technical team.
Requirements Gathering Documentation:
o Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements related to business process automation.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into functional specifications for Camunda BPM processes.
Camunda BPM Implementation:
o Assist in the design and implementation of business processes within the Camunda BPM platform.
o Participate in the configuration and optimization of Camunda BPM workflows and decision tables.
o Support the integration of Camunda with existing enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP systems).
Stakeholder Communication:
o Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, process owners, and the technical development team to ensure requirements are understood and met.
o Facilitate workshops and meetings to define process improvements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Process Monitoring Optimization:
o Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed business processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
o Recommend and implement adjustments to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ensure better business outcomes.
Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations.
o Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing insights into process performance and improvement opportunities.
Testing Quality Assurance:
o Work with the testing team to ensure that business processes are thoroughly tested before deployment.
o Ensure that solutions are delivered with high quality, meet business objectives, and are in line with Camunda BPM best practices.

Skills Qualifications:
Experience:
o Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on business process modeling and automation.
o Experience with Camunda BPM or other BPM tools (e.g., Activiti, Bizagi) is highly desirable.
o Experience with BPMN 2.0, CMMN, and DMN standards.
o Knowledge of business process optimization techniques.
Technical Skills:
o Basic knowledge of Java and RESTful APIs for working with BPM solutions.
o Familiarity with Camunda Modeler, Camunda Cockpit, and Camunda Tasklist.
o Experience with integration tools and technologies, such as REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and database technologies.
Communication Interpersonal Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
o Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
o Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
Analytical Skills:
o Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
o Proficiency in creating process models, flowcharts, and diagrams (e.g., using Visio or Camunda Modeler).
Certifications (optional):
o Camunda BPM Certification or related BPM certifications.
o Business Analysis certifications, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Knowledge of additional BPMN-related tools and technologies.
Previous experience with DevOps practices for BPM.
