The project!
As a Buying and Sourcing Intern, you will be supporting the sourcing department and the buying team with daily operational tasks, focusing on the entire production cycle.
What will the role entail:
• Supporting the buying manager of the product category, with daily administrative tasks and communication with suppliers and designers
• Supporting with the ordering of fabrics, following up on Sales Woman Sample (SMS)
• Supporting with maintaining the collection matrix
• Supporting with the follow up on the shipment
• Supporting the communication with suppliers for fabric & garment research

Requirements
Requirements
• University degree or equivalent in Business, Analytics, or similar.
• Languages: high Level of Spanish and English (min. C1) any other languages are a big plus.
• IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
