BUYER SPECIALISTS. ENERGY/INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS.

We are looking for buyers professionals for our Home Office in Madrid.
Being part of a Procurement Project Team, the candidate will develop, learn and be responsible for.
Ensure compliance with directives and corporate/project procedures Commercial management of the assigned purchases and purchase orders Supplier and bidder evaluation and selection Launch of Requests for quotation and expediting timely receipt of bids Evaluation, clarification and negotiation of sound bids Issue of final Commercial Tabulation and recommendation Preparing of award proposals Issue and follow-up of approved Purchase Orders, including changes and final close out Participate in kick-off meetings and solve commercial issues during PO execution Internal expediting and close coordination with other departments and project Provision of related reports and status Requisitos At least 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing and expediting for significant international projects.
Experience in the refinery, petrochemical, gas and/or energy sectors will be a plus.
Technical/Commercial Bachelor Degree Familiar with industrial plant equipment and materials Experience in supplier development and relationship management will be a plus.
International experience and knowledge of working with suppliers and clients will be a plus.
Experienced and effective negotiator Excellent analytical skills, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem solving abilities.
Proven communicator Proactive and effective team member Adaptable and able to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
Working knowledge of other language will be positively evaluated Computer literate, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills/abilities Se ofrece - Permanent Position.
