Main responsibilities.
Managing purchasing of indirect goods and services for BDS Rzeszow Supplier sourcing activities (market research, RFQ, cost analysis, negotiations, contracts etc.) Delivering sustainable cost reductions and managing cost reduction data via internal reporting system Supplier management in terms of performance (Quality, Cost, Delivery), financial condition, capacity readiness etc.
Cross functional collaboration within the plant and with Global Supply Chain Management team and other BorgWarner facilities Continuous improvement of purchasing processes Candidate profile.
Master Degree in business administration, supply chain management, engineering   or similar 3+ years of experience as Purchasing Specialist in an international production company (automotive industry experience would be an asset) High communication/negotiation/ collaboration skills with internal / external stakeholders Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and production processes Knowledge of SAP (purchasing transactions and reports) and MS Office (Excell, PowerPoint) Drive for results, positive attitude to learn   and challenge status quo English – B2 Level Ability to travel Global Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
