maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Butler is to provide personalized service to assigned guests to create unique experiences that exceed their expectations.
As a Butler, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Follow up on the Building Report to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Enter room breakdowns and guest requests on the E-guest platform for the corresponding follow-up and certify that it is carried out.
-Follow up on the delivery of amenities to Members, Horizons, honeymooners, anniversary, birthday, etc.
-Verify that the stock of supplies is complete to ensure that they have what is necessary for their operation.
-Follow up on guest requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
-Attend the briefing daily, to follow up on pending issues (breakdowns and requests) in your assigned area.
-Carry out the check-in process in the room to create a personalized experience.
-Offer the guest the unpacking service and the packing of suitcases to generate a better experience for the guest.
-Provide information on Hotel services to improve the guest experience.
-Carry out Cross Selling to meet the sales goals of your department.
-Inform the WhatsApp contact number of Butler to be in contact with the guest.
-Be aware of room service requests to ensure that the guest receives what is required in a timely manner.
-Promote the use of the app and guide guests in the use of this tool to facilitate guest access to hotel information.
-Coordinate restaurant reservations to facilitate guest access to restaurants.
-Schedule and perform "Wow" moments to create a memorable experience.
-Make contact with the guest at least 2 times during the shift to know their needs.
Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Highschool Degree Experience 1 year of experience in customer service Skills.
-Highly responsible & reliable -Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team -Ability to think quickly and find solutions to issues faced daily -To be able to remain focused and be detailed in product delivery -Ability to maintain the Standards of the company and Department -Excellent Command of the English and Spanish Language- Additional language is an asset Se ofrece Our proposal for you.
