Mission.
To drive the digital transformation of Ferrovial Energy by implementing innovative digital solutions, fostering a culture of digitalization, and ensuring the effective use of project management tools like Procore to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
Functions.
Participate in the development of the digitalization strategy at Ferrovial Energía Communicate the strategy with regular stakeholders Support construction teams in the implementation of Procore Test new modules in Procore or other project management solutions Act as a point of contact with Procore to convey identified needs from projects and departments and prioritize necessary developments Coordinate the development of training programs and user guides for the standardization of platform use at Ferrovial Energía Gather requirements from departments for the standardization of Procore use Coordinate data exploitation in Procore Promote the digitalization culture Requirements.
University degree in Engineering 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles; experience in construction is valued Advanced level of English Interest in the digital field Creativity and innovation, with good communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently Seize the challenge.
